Die Oberuferer Weihnachtsspiele sind an vielen Waldorfschulen ein fester Bestandteil der weihnachtlichen Festgestaltung. Sie stammen aus den deutschen Sprachinseln Ungarns zur Zeit der Österreichisch-Ungarischen Monarchie. Einst von einfachen bäuerlichen Menschen gespielt, tragen sie bis heute eine schlichte, volkstümliche Sprache in sich, aus der tiefe Herzenswärme und eine innige Stimmung sprechen.

Auch an unserer Schule wird dieser besondere Brauch Jahr für Jahr vom Lehrerkollegium lebendig gehalten. Das Spiel ist in Reimen und im donauschwäbischen Dialekt verfasst und von viel Gesang getragen. Es ist ein Geschenk der Lehrer und Mitarbeitenden an die Schülerinnen und Schüler, die Eltern und alle Interessierten.

Mit großer Vorfreude verfolgen die Kinder jedes Jahr, wer diesmal in derber Kleidung als Gallus, Wittok, Stichel oder eine der anderen vertrauten Gestalten über die Bühne schreitet.

In seiner Schlichtheit bringt das Oberuferer Christgeburtspiel zugleich zeitlose Menschheitsfragen auf die Bühne: soziale Missstände, Geld- und Machtgier sowie die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Bösen.

Inmitten der vorweihnachtlichen Hektik lädt es dazu ein, innezuhalten und sich gemeinsam auf ein besinnliches Weihnachtsfest einzustimmen.

„Echt kuh-l!“: Waldorfschule aus Haßfurt gewinnt Schulwettbewerb

„Echt kuh-l!“: Waldorfschule aus Haßfurt gewinnt Schulwettbewerb

Glückliche Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner: Die Klasse 5 der Freien Waldorfschule in den Mainauen in Haßfurt belegt im bundesweiten Schulwettbewerb „Echt kuh-l!“ den ersten Platz ihrer Altersgruppe. Mit ihrem Wettbewerbsbeitrag zum Motto „Tierisch gut! Was kommt in den Bio-Trog?“ überzeugten sie die Jury.

Der Schulwettbewerb „Echt kuh-l!“ beschäftigt sich grundsätzlich mit ökologischer Landwirtschaft und Ernährung und setzt jährlich thematische Schwerpunkte. Er ist ein Wettbewerb des Bundesprogramms Ökologischer Landbau – initiiert und finanziert durch das Bundesministerium für Landwirtschaft, Ernährung und Heimat.

Welchen Einfluss haben verschiedene Futterarten im Ökolandbau auf das Tierwohl und die Umwelt? Und wie unterscheidet sich die ökologische Tiernahrung von konventionellen Futtermitteln? Mit diesen Fragestellungen haben sich rund 1.500 Schülerinnen und Schüler der Klassen 3 bis 13 in der diesjährigen Wettbewerbsrunde von „Echt kuh-l!“ beschäftigt. Durch viel Kreativität und besonderes Engagement stach der Beitrag der Klasse 5 heraus und begeisterte die Jury. 

Im Rahmen des Gartenbauunterrichts entwickelten die Schülerinnen und Schüler ein Exit Game mit dem Titel „Die vergiftete Wiese auf dem Biobauernhof“ – einer Mischung aus Reportage, Spielen und Rätseln. Für die Entwicklung der Aufgaben und der Geschichte eigneten sich die Kinder über drei Monate hinweg viel Wissen rund um die Themen Futtermittel, Biologische Landwirtschaft, Kreisläufe auf Biohöfen und gesunde Böden an. Im Unterricht wurden erste Ideen zusammengetragen, Fragestellungen entwickelt und eine erste Rahmenhandlung rund um die Haltung von Schweinen entwickelt. Dann besuchten die Schülerinnen und Schüler den Demeter-Hof der Familie Dünninger in Goßmannsdorf, um sich dort über die Haltung und Fütterung der dort lebenden Schweine zu informieren, Videomaterial zu erstellen und Fotos von den Tieren zu machen. Aus diesen Materialien erstellten die Kinder nach dem Prinzip eines Exit Games verschiedene Rätsel, deren Lösungen Codes für mehrere Zahlenschlösser,ergaben. Sie bestückten die Schatztruhe, programmierten die Schlösser, entwickelten und bastelten die Rätselutensilien, die Lösungen und die Spielanleitung. Vor dem Einreichen des Beitrages wurde das Exit Game von den Klasseneltern durchgespielt, getestet und begeistert unterstützt.

Die Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner konnten sich freuen: Es ging auf Klassenfahrt nach Berlin! Nach drei spannenden Tagen Berlin-Fahrt fand dort die offizielle Preisverleihung im Bundesministerium für Landwirtschaft, Ernährung und Heimat statt. Es war der Höhepunkt der Reise, denn dort erhielten alle Erstplatzierten den offiziellen Hauptpreis, die Trophäe „die kuh-le Kuh“ in Gold und ein Preisgeld von 1.500 Euro. Wofür das verwendet wird, da war sich die Klasse sofort einig: Ein Teil des Geldes soll für eine regionale Natur- oder Tierschutzorganisation gespendet werden – der Rest fließt in die Klassenkasse.

Die Gartenbaulehrerin der Waldorfschule Frau Pfänder ist ebenfalls begeistert: „In meinem Unterricht geht es vor allem um die Entwicklung von tragfähigen Beziehungen zwischen Menschen, Tieren und Pflanzen. Der Wettbewerb hat bei den Schülerinnen und Schülern nachhaltig das Verständnis für die Wichtigkeit von ökologischem Anbau und den Inhaltsstoffen von Tierfutter gefördert. Sie haben mit großer Freude an ihrem Projekt gearbeitet, Erfindergeist und Ausdauer bewiesen und vor allem viel Spaß am Lernen auf verschiedenen Ebenen gehabt. Ich bin unglaublich stolz auf die Kinder und freue mich sehr, dass ihr Engagement mit dieser bundesweiten Anerkennung belohnt wurde.“
